1. Motion to Waive Full Reading
Recommendation: Adopt a motion to waive reading in full of all ordinances presented at this meeting with consent of the waiver of reading deemed to be given by all Council Members after the reading of the title.

2. Approval of the Minutes (Morreale)
Recommendation: Approve the Minutes of January 16, 2007 Regular Meeting, January 30, 2007 Adjourned Regular Meeting, February 6, 2007 Regular Meeting, March 6, 2007 Adjourned Regular Meeting, March 20, 2007 Adjourned Regular Meeting, and April 3, 2007 Adjourned Regular Meeting.

3. Adoption of Ordinance No. 458 Governing Residential Picketing (Lynch)
Recommendation: ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 458 “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES AMENDING TITLE 9 OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADD REGULATIONS GOVERNING PICKETING IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES IN THE CITY.”

4. Annual Levy of Storm Drain User Fee (Fiscal Year 2007-08) (Lynch)
Recommendation: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2007-__, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, DESIGNATING A TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING PROTESTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPOSED LEVY OF THE ANNUAL STORM DRAIN USER FEE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007-08.

5. Budget Work Session for FY 07-08 & FY 08-09 (Petru/Lehr)
Attachment: Survey of Cost of Living Adjustment and Performance Evaluation Pay Increases - PDF
Recommendation: Review the draft budget document for FY 07-08 and FY 08-09 and provide staff with direction.

6. Proposed Management Achievement Plan (Lehr)
Recommendation: Approve a Management Achievement Plan for the first six-month period in accordance with the Employment Agreement dated March 7, 2007.
