REGULAR NEW BUSINESS:

(10 mins)  1.         Review of Draft 2010 Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan (Singer)
Recommendation:  1) Receive and file the draft 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP); and, 2) Provide direction regarding the proposed 5-Year CIP schedule.

(30 mins) 2.         Draft 2010 Five-Year Financial Model (Downs)
Recommendation: Review the Draft 2010 Five-Year Financial Model (2010 Model) and provide direction regarding the assumptions and content.

(5 mins)    3.         Tactical Goals Report on 1) Planned Storm Drain Work, and 2) Infrastructure and Recreational Improvements in Palos Verdes Nature Preserve during FY10-11 (Dragoo)
Recommendation:  Receive and file the information presented in this report.

(3 hrs)     4.         Draft FY10-11 Budget (McLean)
Recommendation: Review the Draft FY10-11 Budget, including Staff’s evaluation of services, and provide Staff with direction in anticipation of the Public Hearing and adoption of the FY10-11 Budget on June 15, 2010.

Written materials, including emails, submitted to the City are public records and may be posted on the City’s website.  In addition, City meetings may be televised and may be accessed through the City's website.  Accordingly, you may wish to omit personal information from your oral presentation or written materials as it may become part of the public record regarding an agendized item.
