2.         City Advisory Board Appointments (Morreale)
Recommendation: 1) Appoint five members to serve on the Emergency Preparedness Committee; three with four-year terms of office until December 2014 and two with two-year terms of office until December 2012; 2) Appoint five members to serve on the Finance Advisory Committee; three with four-year terms of office until December 2014 and two with two-year terms of office until December 2012; and, 3) Appoint five members to serve on the Traffic Safety Commission; three with four-year terms of office until December 2014 and two with two-year terms of office until December 2012.

3.         Finance Advisory Committee Review of Charter City (Wolowicz)
Recommendation: Approve an amendment to the FY10-11 Finance Advisory Committee Work Plan to assign the Committee to review the benefits and detriments of Charter Cities vs. General Law Cities.
