A.        Adoption of Tax Increment Transfer Agreement (Lynch/Harris)
Recommendation: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2011-__, A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A TRANSFER AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION 34194.2 AND TAKING CERTAIN OTHER ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.

B.        FY10-11 Fiscal Year End Budget Adjustments (Downs)
Recommendation: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2011-__, A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2010-09, THE BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR FY10-11, TO ADJUST THE BUDGET IN THE PORTUGUESE BEND CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND AND DEBT-SERVICE FUND.

C.        Authorization from the Redevelopment Agency Board for the Redevelopment Agency to be named as an Amicus Curiae in a Brief to be filed in Support of the Lawsuit Challenging the State Laws that would Abolish Redevelopment Agencies (Lynch)
Recommendation: Authorize the Redevelopment Agency’s Participation as an Amicus Curiae in the Lawsuit Challenging AB X1 26 And AB X1 27.

ADJOURNMENT:  Adjourn to a time and place certain only if you wish to meet prior to the next regular Redevelopment Agency Meeting.
