Action Taken:  Approved the minutes of August 7, 2007.

B.        Additions to the Consolidated Loan between the City and Agency for Expenses Incurred During FY06-07 (Gyves)
Action Taken: Received and filed the staff report, which provides information regarding the loan additions to the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency in the amount of $22,207 for expenses incurred by the City during
FY06-07.  The Consolidated Loan Agreement dated December 1, 2003 authorizes the loan additions.           

C.        July 2007 Treasurer’s Report (McLean)
Action Taken:  Received and filed the July 2007 Treasurer’s Report for the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency.

D.        Register of Demands (McLean)
Action Taken:  ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2007-08, A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS FROM WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.
