RANCHO PALOS VERDES CITY COUNCIL

ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING

JULY 18, 2000

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M. by Mayor Lee Byrd in the Fireside Room at Hesse Community Park, notice having been given with affidavit thereto on file.

Present: Ferraro, Lyon, McTaggart, Stern, & Mayor Byrd

Absent: None

Also present were City Manager Les Evans, Assistant City Manager Carolynn Petru, City Attorney Carol Lynch, Director of Planning, Building & Code Enforcement Joel Rojas, Principal Planner David Snow, and Administrative Services Director/City Clerk Jo Purcell.

Representatives from Tidemark Solutions made a presentation of their building permit tracking software program, which the City is considering purchasing for the Building, Planning & Code Enforcement Department and possibly the Public Works Department.

No action was taken.

Adjournment: At 7:00 P.M. the meeting adjourned on motion of Mayor Byrd.
