The meeting was called to order at the Ladera Linda Community Center, 32201 Forrestal Drive at 7:00 P.M. by Mayor Lyon and was immediately adjourned for lack of a quorum to March 1, 2001 at 7:00 P.M. for a Budget Outreach Workshop at Miraleste Library.
