PRESENT: Clark, Stern, Long, Wolowicz and Mayor Gardiner ABSENT: None Also present were City Manager Les Evans, City Attorney Carol Lynch and City Clerk/Admin. Services Director Jo Purcell. Interview of Advisory Board Chair Applicants. Because there was only one applicant for the position of chair for the Planning Commission (Craig Mueller), Traffic Committee (Ava Jordan-Shepherd) and Finance Advisory Committee (Becky Clark), Mayor Pro Tem Clark moved, seconded by Mayor Gardiner to meet with all of the candidates at the same time. Motion carried without objection. Council and the candidates then conducted an informal discussion of the goals, challenges these advisory bodies would face in the coming year and how they would communicate their recommendations, both majority and minority, to the City Council.
