M I N U T E S REGULAR MEETING RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OCTOBER 5, 2004 The meeting was called to order at 11:29 P.M. by Acting Chair Stern at Fred Hesse Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard. PRESENT: Long, Stern, Wolowicz ABSENT: Clark, Gardiner Also present were Executive Director Les Evans; Assistant Executive Director Petru; Agency Attorney Carol Lynch; Director of Planning, Building and Code Enforcement Joel Rojas; Agency Secretary Jo Purcell; and Recording Secretary Denise Bothe. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Member Wolowicz moved, seconded by Member Long, to approve the Agenda as submitted. Motion carried without objection. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR: Member Long moved, seconded by Member Wolowicz, to approve the Consent Calendar as follows: Minutes – August 3, 2004. (1900) Approved the Minutes. Biennial Update of the Agency’s Conflict of Interest Code. (1900) ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2004-10, A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADOPTING A CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE CONTAINING DESIGNATED POSITIONS AND DISCLOSURE CATEGORIES AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2002-15. Treasurer's Report for the month of August 2004.
