M I N U T E S REGULAR MEETING RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FEBRUARY 1, 2005
The meeting was called to order at 11:05 P.M. by Chair Clark at Fred Hesse Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard. PRESENT: Gardiner, Long, Stern, Wolowicz, Chair Clark ABSENT: None Also present were Executive Director Les Evans; Assistant Executive Director Petru; Agency Attorney Carol Lynch; Director of Planning, Building and Code Enforcement Joel Rojas; and Recording Secretary Denise Bothe. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Member Gardiner moved, seconded by Member Stern, to approve the Agenda as submitted. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR: Member Stern moved, seconded by Member Gardiner, to approve the Consent Calendar as follows: FY 03-04 Redevelopment Agency Audited Financial Report (1900) Received and filed the FY 03-04 audited financial report of the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency. Treasurer’s Report – December 2004 (1900) Received and filed the Treasurer’s Report for the month of December 2004 for the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency. The motion to approve the Consent Calendar carried on the following roll call vote: AYES: Gardiner, Long, Stern, Wolowicz, Chair Clark NOES: None ABSENT: None # # # # # # PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
