REGULAR MEETING
RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
DECEMBER 6, 2005

The meeting was called to order at 11:22 P.M. by Chair Wolowicz at Fred Hesse Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard.

PRESENT: Clark, Gardiner, Long, Stern, Chair Wolowicz
ABSENT: None
Also present were Executive Director Les Evans; Agency Attorney Carol Lynch; and Agency Secretary Carolynn Petru.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA:

Member Gardiner moved, seconded by Vice-Chair Long, to approve the Agenda as submitted. Without objection, Chair Wolowicz so ordered.

REGULAR BUSINESS:

Revised Redevelopment Agency Investment Strategy (1900)
The staff report of December 6, 2005, recommends that the Redevelopment Agency approve and direct staff to implement the revised Redevelopment Agency investment strategy developed by Fieldman, Rolapp Financial Services, LLC.
Vice-Chair Long moved, seconded by Member Stern, to concur with staff recommendation. Without objection, Chair Wolowicz so ordered.
