MINUTES The meeting was called to order at 12:05 A.M. by Chair Wolowicz at Fred Hesse Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard. Roll call was answered as follows: PRESENT: Clark, Long, Stern and Chair Wolowicz Also present were Chief Administrative Officer Evans, Commission Attorney Lynch and Commission Secretary Petru. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Moved by Vice Chair Long and seconded by Commissioner Clark, to approve the Agenda, as submitted. Without objection, Chair Wolowicz so ordered. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR Approval of the Minutes (2200) Approved the minutes of September 5, 2006 and October 3, 2006, with Member Stern abstaining from the approval of the September 5th minutes, as he was absent from this meeting. Register of Demands ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. IA 2006-15, A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS FROM WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.
