MINUTES
RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
JULY 5, 2006

The meeting was called to order at 8:11 P.M. by Chair Wolowicz at Fred Hesse Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard.

Redevelopment Agency roll call was answered as follows:

PRESENT: Clark, Gardiner, Long, Stern, and Chair Wolowicz

ABSENT: None

Also present were Executive Director Evans, Agency Attorney Lynch and Agency Secretary Petru.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

Moved by Member Long and seconded by Member Gardiner, to approve the Agenda as submitted. Without objection, Chair Wolowicz so ordered.

APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR

Agency Secretary Petru distributed late correspondence and reported that minor changes had been made to the November 1, 2005 Redevelopment Agency meeting minutes.

Approval of Minutes (1900)

Approved the minutes of November 1, 2005 (as amended), February 7, 2006, March 7, 2006 and April 4, 2006.

May 2006 Treasurer’s Report (1900)

Received and filed May 2006 Treasurer’s Report for the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency.

Moved by Member Long and seconded by Member Clark to approve the Consent Calendar with the minutes November 1, 2005 as amended. Without objection, Chair Wolowicz so ordered.

PUBLIC COMMENTS

ADJOURNMENT

Chair Wolowicz adjourned the Redevelopment Agency meeting at 8:14 P.M.
