MINUTES
RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUGUST 1, 2006

The meeting was called to order at 10:31 P.M. by Chair Wolowicz at Fred Hesse Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard.
Redevelopment Agency roll call was answered as follows:
PRESENT: Gardiner, Long, Stern, and Chair Wolowicz
ABSENT: Clark

Also present were Executive Director Evans, Agency Attorney Lynch and Agency Secretary Petru.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

Moved by Vice Chair Long and seconded by Member Stern, to approve the Agenda as submitted. Without objection, Chair Wolowicz so ordered.

APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR

Approval of Minutes (1900)

Approved the minutes of July 5, 2006.

Moved by Vice Chair Long and seconded by Member Stern to approve the Consent Calendar. Without objection, Chair Wolowicz so ordered.

No requests to speak.

ADJOURNMENT

Vice Chair Long moved, seconded by Member Stern to adjourn. Chair Wolowicz adjourned the Redevelopment Agency meeting at 10:32 P.M.
