MINUTES
RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
NOVEMBER 7, 2006

The meeting was called to order at 12:03 A.M. by Chair Wolowicz at Fred Hesse Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard.
Redevelopment Agency roll call was answered as follows:
PRESENT: Clark, Long, Stern and Chair Wolowicz
ABSENT: Gardiner

Also present were Executive Director Evans, Agency Attorney Lynch and Agency Secretary Petru.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

Moved by Vice Chair Long and seconded by Member Stern, to approve the Agenda as submitted. Without objection, Chair Wolowicz so ordered.

APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR

Approval of the Minutes (1900)

Approved the minutes of September 5, 2006 and October 3, 2006, with Member Stern abstaining from the approval of the September 5th minutes, as he was absent from this meeting.

Register of Demands

ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2006-10, A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS FROM WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.

Moved by Member Clark and seconded by Vice Chair Long to approve the Consent Calendar. The motion passed on the following roll call vote:

AYES: Clark, Long, Stern and Chair Wolowicz
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Gardiner

PUBLIC COMMENTS

There were no requests to speak from the audience.

ADJOURNMENT

Vice Chair Long moved to adjourn. Chair Wolowicz adjourned the Redevelopment Agency meeting at 12:05 A.M.
