M I N U T E S The meeting was called to order at 6:49 P.M. by Mayor Long in the Fireside Room at Fred Hesse Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard, notice having been given with affidavit thereto on file. PRESENT: Clark, Gardiner, Stern, Wolowicz and Mayor Long Also present was Assistant City Manager/City Clerk Carolynn Petru. Interview Applicants for Chair of the Planning Commission, Finance Advisory Committee and Emergency Preparedness Committee (106 x 1203 x 602 x 401) Interviews were conducted with the following applicants for the Planning Commission Chair: Bill Gerstner; Finance Advisory Committee Chair: Gina McLeod; and Emergency Preparedness Committee Chair: Richard Kimball Smith. No action was taken. Adjournment: Mayor Long declared the meeting adjourned at 7:09 P.M.
