Residential Burglary (overnight) - A victim reported that between June 30th and July 1st, person(s) unknown stole several items from a home in the 6000 block of Woodfern Drive. There was no sign of forced entry.
Vehicle Burglary (daytime) - Person(s) unknown broke a window and stole a woman's purse from a car in a parking lot in the 6400 block of Palos Verdes Drive South.
July 11
Other Structure Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole gardening equipment from a storage building in a park in the 30200 block of Hawthorne Block. There was no sign of forced entry.
July 15
Attempt Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown damaged a door lock and the ignition in an attempt to steal a vehicle from the 6500 block of Beachview Drive.
