CRIME SUMMARY
Crimes reported during this time period in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included one armed robbery, one commercial burglary, two residential burglaries, one vehicle burglary, one other structure burglary, one grand theft (auto), three petty thefts, one attempted petty theft and one act of vandalism.

September 24
Residential Burglary - A victim reported that between September 15th and 24th, person(s) unknown stole a jackhammer from the garage of a home in the 6100 block of Arrowroot Lane. There was no sign of forced entry.
September 26
Commercial Burglary (nighttime) - Two male suspects pried a window open and stole a camera from a business in the 1900 block of Summerland Street. The suspects had piled up several other items but fled when an employee arrived at the location.
Grand Theft (auto) (overnight) - A 1990 Honda Accord was stolen from the 2700 block of Calle Aventura.
Other Structure Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole a 1997 Toyota Camry from an open garage of a home in the 2700 block of Calle Aventura.
September 27
Armed Robbery (daytime) - Five male suspects, three armed with handguns, took U.S. currency, jewelry and electronic equipment from the residents of a home in the 29400 block of Seaspray Drive.
September 29
Residential Burglary (nighttime) - Person(s) unknown ransacked the glove compartment of an unlocked vehicle in the garage of a home in the 6700 block of Monero Drive. The glove compartment of a car in the driveway was also ransacked.
September 30
Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole tools from a locked vehicle in the driveway of a home in the 1800 block of Jaybrook Drive. There was no sign of forced entry.
