CRIME SUMMARY
Crimes reported during this time period in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes included one commercial burglary, one residential burglary, two vehicle burglaries, one attempt vehicle burglary, one other structure burglary, one petty theft and one act of vandalism.

October 10
Vehicle Burglary (daytime) - A male suspect broke a window and stole a set of keys from a vehicle in the 3700 block of Palos Verdes Drive South. The suspect fled in a white car driven by another male suspect.
October 11
Other Structure Burglary (nighttime) - A male suspect stole a car stereo, an IPOD, and a camera from an unlocked vehicle in the parking garage of a complex in the 5700 block of Ravenspur Drive.
Commercial Burglary (daytime) - A male suspect stole several cases of beer from a supermarket in the 30000 block of Hawthorne Boulevard. The suspect fled in a gold 4 door car.
October 13
Residential Burglary - A victim reported that between October 8th and 13th, person(s) unknown stole a briefcase containing jewelry from a bedroom of an apartment in the 5700 block of Ravenspur Drive. There was no sign of forced entry.
Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown stole several items from a locked car in the garage of a complex in the 5700 block of Ravenspur Drive. There was no sign of forced entry.
October 14
Attempt Vehicle Burglary (overnight) - Person(s) unknown damaged a door lock in an attempt to enter a locked car in the garage of a complex in the 5700 block of Ravenspur Drive.
