Contacting the Finance Advisory Committee Via Email Contacting the Finance Advisory Committee Via Email, The Finance Advisory Committee (the “FAC”) generally meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m. in the Community Room at City Hall. The most effective manner to communicate with the FAC is to send an e-mail message to FAC@rpv.com by 5:30 pm on the Thursday before the scheduled meeting. By doing this, the written comments will be included with the Staff Report (for agenda items) or with the agenda packet (for non-agenda items), which the FAC members receive before the scheduled meeting. This provides the FAC with the opportunity to review the comments before the next meeting. Written comments or e-mail messages submitted to the Department after 5:30 pm on Thursday before the meeting will be distributed to the FAC at the meeting. All e-mail messages sent to the FAC@rpv.com address are automatically forwarded to each FAC member’s private e-mail address at the time the message is received at the City.
