OBTAINING A BUSINESS LICENSE

The Rancho Palos Verdes business license ordinance is non-regulatory, and has been enacted solely to raise revenue for municipal purposes. All businesses are required to comply with other applicable federal, state and local laws in order to operate in the City.

FEE SCHEDULES
The City has adopted new fee schedules on March 17, 2009 and September 7, 2010. The cost-based fees are based on the City’s full cost of processing permit applications and providing support city services.  The following fees are either effective May 18, 2009 or November 8, 2010.
