Requested Action: Allow a revision to an approved, under-construction single-family residence to increase the width of two balconies at the rear of the house from four feet (4’-0") to six feet (6’-0").

The proposed height of the second story addition above the garage will be 20’-7", and the proposed height of the first and second story addition at the rear of the residence will be 22’-5", which is the same height as the existing residence, as measured from the highest existing grade covered by structure to the proposed ridgeline.
