Requested Action: Allow the land division of a 65,699 square foot lot into two lots. As proposed, lot 1 will be 39,778 square feet and lot 2 will be 25,921 square feet in an area designated by the City’s Zoning Map as an RS-2 district (minimum lot area 20,000 square feet).

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2000 - ___; approving, with conditions, Tentative Parcel Map No. 25896.

4.GENERAL PLAN HOUSING ELEMENT: City. (GP)

Requested Action: Amend the General Plan Housing Element. The Government Code requires that every city periodically amend their Housing Element. For all cities and counties within the regional jurisdiction of the Southern California Association of Governments, the Government Code requires that the Housing Element be revised by December 31, 2000. Recommendation: Open the public hearing, receive comments and forward the Preliminary Draft Housing Element to the City Council for review with any comments.
