The additions are proposed at a maximum height of 24.97, as measured from the finished grade adjacent to the lowest foundation (141.61) to the highest ridge (166.58), and 23.84, as measured from the highest elevation to be covered by structure (142.74) to the highest ridge. Additionally, the request is to allow the grading of 168.1 cubic yards, including 88.1 cubic yards of cut and 80 cubic yards of fill. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt P.C. Resolution 2003-__, denying without prejudice Height Variation and Grading Permit Case No. ZON2002-00199, and take no action on Variance Case No. ZON2002-00199 at this time. CONTINUED BUSINESS: 2.PROPOSED RECREATIONAL VEHICLE RESIDENTIAL STORAGE AND STREET PARKING REGULATIONS (CASE NO. ZON2002-00580): Citywide/ (JN) Request: A request to consider an amendment to the Citys Municipal Code to further restrict recreational vehicle (RV) parking and storage on private property. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission review modified draft standards regulating recreational vehicle (RV) parking and storage on private property; consider additional public testimony on the proposed standards and provide Staff with direction on how to proceed.
