A P.C. RESOLUTION NO. 2003-__

Request: A request to allow the construction of a 223 square foot first-story addition, and the construction of a 2,048 square foot second-story addition to an existing two-story single-family residence. The additions are proposed at a maximum height of 24.97’, as measured from the finished grade adjacent to the lowest foundation (141.61’) to the highest ridge (166.58’), and 23.84’, as measured from the highest elevation to be covered by structure (142.74’) to the highest ridge. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt P.C. Resolution 2003-__, denying without prejudice Height Variation and Grading Permit Case No. ZON2002-00199, and take no action on Variance Case No. ZON2002-00199 at this time.

Request: A request to consider an amendment to the City’s Municipal Code to further restrict recreational vehicle (RV) parking and storage on private property.

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission review modified draft standards regulating recreational vehicle (RV) parking and storage on private property; consider additional public testimony on the proposed standards and provide Staff with direction on how to proceed.
