RESOLUTION NO. 2003-__ Request: A request to construct a 4,902 square foot single-family residence and conduct 1,824 cubic yards (1,751 cubic yards of cut and 73 cubic yards of fill) of grading. The new residence will have a height of 23.15’, as measured from the lowest grade adjacent to the foundation/slab (118.85’) to the highest ridgeline of the residence (142’), and 3.19’, as measured from the highest existing grade covered by structure (138.81) to the ridgeline of the residence. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2004-___; thereby approving, with conditions, the Grading Permit (Case No. ZON2003-00239). APPEAL OF VIEW PRESERVATION PERMIT NO. 63: 15 Diamonte Lane / Kaye (Appellant) (TN) Request: An appeal of the Director of Planning, Building and Code Enforcement's approval of a request to trim and/or remove foliage located at 9 Diamonte Lane in order to restore the view from 15 Diamonte Lane. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission continue the Appeal of View Preservation Permit No. 63 to the February 10, 2004 Planning Commission meeting. NEW BUSINESS: NONE.
