ZON2005-00146): 7264 Berry Hill/Patel (ES) Request: A request to construct a new 768 square foot second story addition measuring 25.07-feet in overall height to the rear of an existing one-story residence. (This item was continued from the June 14, 2005, July 12, 2005 and August 23, 2005 Planning Commission meetings). Action Deadline: October 11, 2005 Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission receive and file due to the withdrawal of Case No. ZON2005-00146 for a Height Variation. RECESS (approximately 8:30 P.M.) PUBLIC HEARINGS: 2. HEIGHT VARIATION PERMIT (CASE NO. HEIGHT VARIATION PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2005-00140): 30645 Ganado Drive/Mitchell (DB) Request: A request to construct a 62 square foot addition to an existing 3,695 square foot residence. Action Deadline: October 25, 2005 Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2005-__, thereby approving, with conditions, the Height Variation (Case No. ZON2005-00140). 4. VARIANCE AND EXTREME SLOPE PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2005-00320): 27544 Elmbridge Drive/Liu (DB) Request: An after-the-fact request to construct a 425 square foot deck over an extreme slope and deviate from the maximum height of 12’ and the 6’ maximum a deck may extend over an extreme slope. Action Deadline: October 30, 2005 Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt P.C.
