RESOLUTION NO. 2007 Request: A request to construct 1,468-square-foot 1st- and 2nd-floor additions to an existing 1,961-square-foot 1-story single-family residence, and convert the existing 575-square-foot-carport into an enclosed garage. The maximum height of the project is proposed to be 23’-0” from the lowest finished grade covered by the structure and 21’-9” from the highest existing grade covered by the structure. Request: A request for after-the-fact approval of a 5-foot-4-inch-tall combination stucco and tubular steel wall with 6-foot-tall pilasters in the street-side setback area of a corner lot. Action Deadline: May 22, 2007 Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2007-__, thereby conditionally approving the requested Coastal Permit and Variance Permit (Case No. ZON2007-00012). Attachment: P.C. RESOLUTION NO. 2007 Request: A request to construct a 247.5 square foot addition at the rear of the existing first floor and a 125 square foot addition at the rear of the existing second floor. The square footage of the residence would be 3,494.5 square feet (1,559.5 square foot first floor, 1,407.75 square foot second floor and 527.25 square foot garage) in the RS-4 zoning district. The project would also include a 150.5 square foot second-floor balcony at the rear with a 135 square foot covered patio. The residence would measure 23’-0” in height, as measured from the lowest grade covered by the structure (elev. 100.19’) to the highest ridgeline of the residence (elev. 123.20’) Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2007-__, thereby conditionally approving the Height Variation Permit and Site Plan Review (Case No. ZON2007-00044). 4. REVISION TO VARIANCE PERMIT, GRADING PERMIT AND SITE PLAN REVIEW (CASE ZON2006-00509): 4204 Miraleste Drive / Bartz Design (SK) Request: A request to reduce the amount of grading from the previously approved 525.6 yd³ to 507.8yd³ and increase the overall height from the approved 31.84’ to 33.75’, as measured from the point where the lowest foundation or slab meets finished grade, to the ridgeline or highest point of the structure. Action Deadline: June 20, 2007 Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2007-__, thereby conditionally approving the revision to Variance Permit, Grading Permit and Site Plan Review (Case No. ZON2006-00509). NEW BUSINESS: 5.
