Recommendation: Continue the item to an unspecified date at the request of the applicant. 2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT & GRADING PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2006-00533): 28041 Hawthorne Boulevard / Verizon (SK) - PDF Request: A request to install ten new telecommunication antennae measuring in height from 2’ to 4’ inside of the existing parapet area atop the existing roof of the 7-Eleven building. The applicant is proposing to extend the existing parapet by 3’ towards Hawthorne Boulevard to accommodate the installation of the antennae. The antennae would also require ground mounted equipment housed in four cabinets to be installed adjacent to the existing building. VIEW RESTORATION PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2007-00019): 5335 Rolling Ridge Road / Allman (JA) Request: A request to trim and/or remove foliage located at 5333 Rolling Ridge Road, in order to restore the view from 5335 Rolling Ridge Road. Resolution No. 2007-__, thereby approving VRP No. 2007-00019 to trim and/or remove foliage on a property located at 5333 Rolling Ridge Road in order to restore the Applicant’s view. 5.
