Request: A request to construct a new 4’-0” tall by 6’-6” wide stone monument sign within the intersection visibility triangle.

Action Deadline: February 4, 2008

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2008-___, thereby approving, with conditions, the Site Plan Review and Sign Permit (Case No. ZON2007-00557).

Request: A request to replace an existing monument sign with a new 3’-4” tall by 9’-0” wide stone monument sign within a median strip of the public right-of-way.

Request: A request to construct an 1,156.31ft² addition to the 1st and 2nd floor of an existing two-story residence, demolish an existing 648.11ft² gazebo and construct a new 312ft² accessory structure as a replacement. The proposed structure height is 23.5’ for the primary structure and 11.25’ for the detached structure, as measured from the point where the lowest foundation or slab meets finished grade, to the ridgeline.

Action Deadline: February 10, 2008

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2008-___, thereby approving the Height Variation and Site Plan Review (Case No. ZON2006-00563).

4. HEIGHT VARIATION PERMIT REVISION (CASE NO. ZON2005-00404): 30136 Via Rivera / Stone (AH)

Request: A request to revise a Planning Commission approved Height Variation Permit (Case No. ZON2005-00404) to add two new windows on the south side of the proposed second story addition.

Action Deadline: March 15, 2008

Recommendation: Continue the public hearing to the February 26, 2008 Planning Commission meeting.
