Request: A request to construct a new two story 4,771ft² residence with an attached 624ft² garage on a vacant lot. The proposed building height is 24’-1”, as measured from the point where the lowest foundation or slab meets finished grade, to the ridgeline or highest point of the structure.
Action Deadline: November 16, 2008
Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2008__; thereby denying, without prejudice, the Height Variation and Site Plan Review (Case No. ZON2007-00472).
