ZON2011-0349): 5317 Rolling Ridge / Whitten (SK) Request: Conduct 1,635yd³ (net 1,133yd³) of grading to construct a 1,964ft² detached garage, a 1,170ft² second unit, a 334ft² cabana, a pool/spa with related equipment and re-contour the existing private driveway on Rolling Ridge Road. Action Deadline: January 4, 2013 Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2012-__; thereby conditionally approving a Grading Permit and Site Plan Review (Case No. ZON2011-00349). 2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REVISION (CASE NOS. ZON2012-00305): 29000 Western / Sprint PCS (SK) Request: Allow Sprint PCS to replace two existing panel antennas and related equipment in the same general size and location on an existing commercial building. Action Deadline: December 14, 2012 Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2012-__; thereby approving a Conditional Use Permit Revision (Case No. ZON2012-00305). 3. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/ REVISION (CASE NOS. ZON2011-00106): 28041 Hawthorne / AT&T (SK) Request: Allow AT&T to replace 6 existing antennas with 12 new antennas of the same size within a modified encasement on the rooftop of an existing two-story building and upgrade existing antenna related equipment. The existing box-like encasement is proposed to be modified to appear as a decorative architectural feature and enlarged to accommodate the new antennas.
