CALL TO ORDER:
Request: A request to demolish a 412 square foot detached garage, and construct a new 590 square foot first floor addition, 970 square foot second floor addition and a new 370 square foot attached garage. The overall height of the residence will be 24’-9”, as measured from the lowest finished grade adjacent to the foundation of the structure to the highest ridgeline, and 22’-5 5/8”, as measured from the highest existing grade covered by the structure to the top of the highest ridgeline. The project also includes 49.5 cubic yards of grading for the construction of a new 3’-6” tall retaining wall along a portion of the west side property line, a 3’-6” – 4’-0” tall retaining wall along the west side of the driveway, and a 5’-8” – 6’-9” tall upslope retaining wall in the rear yard.
Request: Allow Sprint PCS to modify an existing cellular antenna monopole by removing four existing 4.5 feet tall panel antennas and replacing them with three new 6 feet tall panel antennas in the same location, installing three new RRH units below said new panel antennas, replacing two ground equipment cabinets and installing one new junction box on the ground within the current lease area.
Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2013-__; thereby conditionally approving a Conditional Use Permit Revision (Case No. ZON2012-00307).
3. GENERAL PLAN UPDATE – REVIEW PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE EXISTING LAND USE MAP PERTAINING THE LADERA LINDA COMMUNITY CENTER SITE AND THE GATEWAY PARK SITE: City (GP/SK)
Request: A request to approve the proposed land use changes to the General Plan land use map related to the Ladera Linda Community Center site and the Gateway Park site.
Action Deadline: None
Recommendation: Approve the proposed land use change to the General Plan land use map pertaining to the City’s portion of the Ladera Linda Community Center property; and continue to a date uncertain any discussion on the proposed change in land use designation for Gateway Park until a revised public notice has been distributed.
