1. HEIGHT VARIATION AND GRADING PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2013-00197): 3602 COOLHEIGHTS / HERBERT (LM)
   To review the staff report click here

Request: A request to construct a 612 square foot first floor addition and 465 square foot second floor addition to the existing 3,185 square foot residence (656 square foot garage included). The project also includes 51.4 cubic yards of grading with associated retaining walls, a new pool and spa and an outdoor kitchen.

Action Deadline: March 28, 2014

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2014-__, thereby approving a Height Variation and Grading Permit (Case No. ZON2013-00197) for the construction of a first and second story addition to the existing residence, and 38.8 cubic yards of grading with associated retaining walls, a new pool, spa and outdoor kitchen.

   To review the staff report click here

Request: A request to demolish an existing 448 square foot deteriorated guest house and construct a new 448 square foot guest house in the same general location, demolish and replace 669 square feet of the existing residence, and construct a 1,125 square foot addition. The project also includes a request for a Variance to allow a wall to exceed the maximum allowable height of 42” within the 20’-0” front yard setback. The applicant is proposing to construct a 6’-0” tall wall within the 20’-0” front yard setback.

Action Deadline: January 20, 2014

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2014-__, thereby conditionally approving the Height Variation, Site Plan Review, and Variance for the property located at 99 Vanderlip (Case No. ZON2013-00437).

3. HEIGHT VARIATION AND SITE PLAN REVIEW PERMIT – (CASE NO. ZON2013-00255): 30034 VIA VICTORIA (LM)

Request: A request for a 141 square foot first floor addition, 450 square foot second floor addition, 106 square feet of covered patio/trellises, a 138 square foot second story balcony, and a 528 square foot roof deck at the front of the residence.
