Request: A request to construct a new 417 square foot second floor addition to the existing residence. The proposed addition would be below the existing 20’-4” ridgeline and would accommodate a new master bedroom.

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2014-__, thereby conditionally approving the Height Variation for 6309 Alto Circle (Case No. ZON2013-00268)

Request: Review and adopt a resolution recommending code language amendments to RPVMC Section 17.76.030 (Fences, Walls and Hedges), as was discussed at the December 10, 2013 Planning Commission meeting.

Action Deadline: April 3, 2014

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2014-___, recommending that the City Council approve Addendum No. 8 to a Negative Declaration and adopt an Ordinance approving amendments to RPVMC Chapter 17.76.030 of the Development Code (Fences, Walls and Hedges).

3. AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY’S GENERAL PLAN HOUSING ELEMENT AND CERTIFICATION OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION: CITY (SK)

Request: Consider the final amendments recommended by HCD, certification of a Negative Declaration and the adoption of the Final Draft Housing Element.

Action Deadline: N/A

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2014-__, recommending that the City Council certify a Negative Declaration and approve the Final General Plan Housing Element amendment.
