1. CHASE BANK – ANNUAL REVIEW (CASE NO. ZON2002-00216): 29941 Hawthorne Blvd. (Chase Bank) (LM)
Request: A request to consider a 6-month review of the Conditions of Approval and operations of the new Chase Bank Building located at 29941 Hawthorne Blvd (Case No. ZON2002-00216)

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2014-__, thereby adopting Addendum No. 2 to a Certified Negative Declaration, and approving a 6-month review of the Chase Bank building located at 29941 Hawthorne Blvd., and additional conditions of approval limiting the hours of indoor lighting, requiring the exterior ADA pathway lights to be fully shielded, requiring the applicant to remove the trees that are adjacent to the subject parking lot, along Hawthorne. Blvd, limiting the hours of exterior lighting, and limiting the hours of operation of the property to 6 AM – 10 PM.

2. GREEN HILLS ANNUAL REVIEW (CASE NO. ZON2003-00086): 27501 Western Avenue (Green Hills Memorial Park Cemetery) (ES)
Request: Perform an operational review of the Green Hills Memorial Park Master Plan.

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2014-__, imposing a moratorium for a maximum period of 90-days on all rooftop ground interments/burials on the Memorial Terrace Mausoleum, located in Area 11 of the approved Green Hills Master Plan, while Staff finalizes mitigation measures to address specific noise, visual and privacy impacts identified by the Planning Commission based on public testimony.

Request: Review the General Plan Annual Report regarding the status of the City’s General Plan and the progress on its implementation for the 2013 calendar year.

Action Deadline: April 1, 2014

Recommendation: Direct Staff, via Minute Order, to forward the City’s Annual Report to the City Council regarding the status of the General Plan and the progress on its implementation during the 2013 calendar year.

4. HOUSING ELEMENT ANNUAL REPORT: Citywide (LM)

Request: Review the General Plan Housing Element Annual Report regarding the status of the City’s General Plan Housing Element and the progress on its implementation for the 2013 calendar year.

Action Deadline: April 1, 2014

Recommendation: Direct Staff, via Minute Order, to forward the City’s Annual Report to the City Council regarding the status of the Housing Element and the progress on its implementation during the 2013 Calendar Year.
