1. POINT VIEW MASTER USE PLAN, SIX-MONTH REVIEW (CASE NO. ZON2010-00087, CUP AND GRADING PERMIT): 6001 PV DRIVE SOUTH (ES)
   To review the staff report click here

Request: Conduct a six-month operational review of the project’s compliance with, and the adequacy of, the conditions of approval imposed by the Planning Commission on the Master Use Plan, which originally allowed 25.5-acres of agricultural uses; a golf course composed of 5 tee locations, 2 greens with 9 holes, and sand traps; a paved internal driveway; and, site improvements, to host 30 public or private events per year, on the 95-acre property known as the Point View property.

Action Deadline: N/A

Recommendation: 1) Review the modifications to the conditions of approval agreed upon by the Planning Commission on March 25, 2014; and, 2) If the modified conditions are acceptable to the Planning Commission, adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2014-__, thereby adopting Addendum No. 1 to a previously certified Mitigated Negative Declaration, and approving modifications to the Point View Master Use Plan.

2. GREEN HILLS ANNUAL REVIEW (CASE NO. ZON2003-00086): 27501 Western Avenue (Green Hills Memorial Park Cemetery) (ES)

Request: Perform an operational review of the Green Hills Memorial Park Master Plan.

3. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REVISION, GRADING PERMIT & MINOR EXCEPTION PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2013-00328): 2902 VISTA DEL MAR, AGA DESIGN GROUP (SK)

Request: Construct a new split-story (16’/30’ height envelope), 7,407ft² split-story residence (3,319ft² upper floor, 4,088ft² lower floor and a 225ft² utility room below grade), a 837ft² detached garage, 1,995yd³ of grading (565yd³ within the footprint and 1,430yd³ outside of the footprint) and retaining walls up to 16.5’ in height, and 6’ tall entry gates/fencing within the front yard setback, where the Code restricts the height to 3.5’ maximum.

Action Deadline: June 18, 2014

Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2014-__, thereby conditionally approving, a Conditional Use Permit Revision, Grading Permit and Minor Exception Permit.
