Request: Review of the Golden Cove Master Sign Program and request by the property owner to allow additional time to provide the City with a modified Master Sign Program.

Action Deadline: None

Recommendation: Continue the public hearing on proposed amendments to the Center's Master Sign Program to July 8, 2014.

2. HEIGHT VARIATION, & SITE PLAN REVIEW (CASE NO. ZON2014-00008) : 28117 ELLA ROAD (LM)

Request: A request to construct a new first and second floor addition to the existing residence, and construct a new 440 square foot roof deck at the rear of the new second floor.

Recommendation:
Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2014-__; conditionally approving Case No. ZON2014-00095 (Height Variation, Variance, Grading Permit and Site Plan Review).

5. HEIGHT VARIATION, MINOR EXCEPTION PERMIT & SITE PLAN REVIEW (CASE NO. ZON2014-00104): 4002 ADMIRABLE DRIVE (SK)

Request: Allow the construction of a 735ft² addition to the first floor and a 450ft² second floor to the front of an existing single-story residence and accessory structures in the rear yard. The proposed overall height as a result of the second story addition is 22'.
