1. HEIGHT VARIATION, & SITE PLAN REVIEW (CASE NO. ZON2014-00008) : 28117 ELLA ROAD (LM)
   To review the staff report click here

Request: A request to construct a new first and second floor addition to the existing residence, and construct a new balcony at the rear of the new second story.

Action Deadline: August 25, 2014

Recommendation: Receive testimony from the public and applicant, and continue the public hearing to August 12, 2014 to allow the applicant time to further redesign the project to address Staff's continuing concerns with the proposed project's impacts to neighborhood compatibility and cumulative view impairment.

2. HEIGHT VARIATION, GRADING & SITE PLAN REVIEW (CASE NO. ZON2014-00064): 6321 VILLA ROSA (LM)

Request: A request to construct a new first and second floor addition to the existing residence, and a new 3'-10" tall retaining wall and 52.97 cubic yards of grading along the east side of the property.

Action Deadline: September 18, 2014

Recommendation: Receive testimony from the public and applicant, and continue the public hearing to August 12, 2014 to allow the applicant time to further redesign the project to address Staff's continuing concerns with the proposed project's impacts to neighborhood compatibility and cumulative view impairment.

Request: Allow AT&T Mobility to replace all twelve of the existing 8' tall antennas with twelve new 8' tall antennas in the same location and install eighteen 2' tall remote radio units (RRU) within existing and new architectural facade projections near the top of a multi-story office building.

Action Deadline: July 19, 2014

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2014-__; thereby conditionally approving a Conditional Use Permit Revision (Case No. ZON2014-00163).

4. CUP REVISION (CASE NO. ZON2014-00503) : 6410 PALOS VERDES DRIVE SOUTH (SK)

Request: Allow Verizon Wireless to install a back-up generator on 57ft2 of area, within an 8' tall enclosure at the rear of the property.

Action Deadline: August 15, 2014

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2014-__; thereby conditionally approving a Conditional Use Permit Revision (Case No. ZON2013-00503).
