Requested Action: Allow a 1-year extension of Tentative Parcel Map No. 19062.
Recommendation: Approve the requested 1-year extension via Minute Order, thereby setting the expiration date of Tentative Parcel Map No. 19062 as June 9, 2001, with all conditions of approval remaining in full force and effect.

CONTINUED BUSINESS: (NO ITEMS)
Requested Action: Allow a total grading of 1,395 cubic yards of earth for the construction of a new 4,612 square foot two-story residence, and an 837 square foot detached 3-car garage on a vacant 23,850 square foot lot. The proposed height of the residence will be 25-6" in height, as measured from the highest existing grade covered by structure to the proposed ridgeline.
Recommendation: Continue this item to the August 8, 2000 meeting.
4. ENCROACHMENT PERMIT NO.28: Mr. Edward Murphy, (applicant), 6304 Via Ciega. (LL)
Requested Action: Legalize a series of pilasters in the public right-of-way adjacent to 6304 Via Ciega. The pilasters range in height from 46 inches to 57.5 inches.
Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2000-___, approving Encroachment Permit No. 28 and Minor Exception Permit NO. 536, subject to conditions.
5. HEIGHT VARIATION NO. 909 and SITE PLAN REVIEW NO. 8870: Mr. & Mrs. Dominic Pilato, (applicant), 28600 Mount Hood Court. (ERS)
Requested Action: Allow construction of a 767 square foot addition to a single-family residence. This addition includes creating a 571 square-foot second story. The addition is at a proposed maximum height of 21.6 feet, as measured from the highest point of existing grade covered by the structure to ridge. The construction will also include a first-floor addition of 196 square feet, located to the rear of the structure.
Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2000-__ approving Height Variation No. 909 and Site Plan Review No. 8870, subject to conditions.
