Requested Action: Legalize a 340 square foot trellis over an existing "roof deck." The proposed height of the subject trellis is 17-9", as measured from adjacent grade to the top of the trellis. Pursuant to Section 17.48.050(B) of the Citys Development Code, architectural features, such as the proposed trellis, exceeding sixteen (16) feet in height must be reviewed by the Planning Commission, through the Site Plan Review application. Recommendation: Approve Site Plan Review No. 8631, via Minute Order.
