3. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2002-00160): 28915 Northbay Road / AT&T/Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District (KF)

Request: A request to install six (6) antenna panels and related support equipment and cabinets on the roof of the auditorium building at Ridgecrest Intermediate School. The antenna panels and equipment will be visually screened by both the existing roof parapet and additional proposed screen walls.

Recommendation: Staff recommends that Planning Commission adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2002-__, conditionally approving the requested conditional use permit.

4. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2002-00341): 32201 Forrestal Drive / Verizon/Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District (KF)

Request: A request to install eight (8) antenna panels on an existing 13-foot-tall chain link fence at the Portuguese Bend Fields adjacent to the City’s Ladera Linda Community Center. The application also involves the installation of related support equipment and cabinets within a 675-square-foot lease area adjacent to the fence. The subject fence is located at the southeasterly corner of the Portuguese Bend Fields.

Recommendation: Staff recommends that Planning Commission adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2002-__, conditionally approving the requested conditional use permit.
