MINUTES OF JANUARY 14, 2003 CONTINUED BUSINESS: 2. HEIGHT VARIATION PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2002-00249): 30778 Ganado Drive / Sverdlov (DB) Request: A request to construct a 642 square foot second story addition to an existing 2,664 square foot single-family residential dwelling unit. The addition will measure 23’-10" from the lowest elevation where the finished grade is adjacent to the building foundation/slab to the highest roof ridgeline, and 23’-5" from the highest elevation where the finished grade is adjacent to the building foundation/slab to the highest roof ridgeline. The Minor Exception Permit is a request to allow the proposed addition to encroach into the required front setback by 2’-2", thus providing a 17’-10" front yard setback.
Request: A request to consider an amendment to the City’s Municipal Code to further restrict recreational vehicle (RV) parking and storage on private property.
4. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Citywide / (KF) Request: Receive and file the Staff report regarding the establishment of requirements for insurance and indemnification of third parties as a condition of project approval, and provide further direction to Staff as deemed appropriate.
