1. VARIANCE AND SITE PLAN REVIEW (CASE NO.ZON2004-00030): Villa Capri HOA (KS)

1.A P.C. RESOLUTION NO. 2005

Request: A request for a Variance to construct a second entry monument sign on the northern corner of Via Capri and Hawthorne Boulevard, and within the intersection visibility triangle, for the Villa Capri Homeowners Association.

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2005-__, conditionally approving a Variance and Site Plan Review (Case No. ZON2004-00030).

2. REVISION TO GRADING PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2005-00160): 49 ¼ Rockinghorse / Rinehart (DB)

Request: A request to revise a Grading Permit in order to revise the location of the driveway, thus taking access across an adjacent property, and increase the quantity of earth movement from 622 cubic yards to 821 cubic yards of grading.

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission continue this item to the May 24, 2005 Planning Commission meeting.
