Request: A request to amend the Development Code to regulate the use of cargo containers.

(This item was continued from the September 14, 2004, November 9, 2004, January 11, 2005, February 8, 2005, April 12, 2005 and June 28, 2005 Planning Commission meetings).

Action Deadline: None

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2005-__, recommending that the City Council adopt Addendum No. 12 to Environmental Assessment/Negative Declaration (EA/ND) No. 694 and approve the Code Amendment (CASE NO. ZON2004-00265) to regulate the use of cargo containers on private property.

Request: A request for an after-the-fact approval of 36 cubic yards of grading, construction of a 7’-8" tall retaining wall, and construction of a 42" tall wall within the intersection visibility triangle.

Action Deadline: August 30, 2005

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2005-___; thereby approving, with conditions, the Grading Permit and Site Plan Review (Case No. ZON2005-00049).
