The proposed project will measure 24.25' high, as measured from the grade adjacent to the lowest finish grade to be covered by the structure (101.25') to the ridge (125.50'). Action Deadline: December 29, 2006 Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission continue the item to the November 28, 2006 meeting to allow an opportunity for the Applicant to address the concerns raised by Staff and the neighbors with the proposed project. 3. HEIGHT VARIATION PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2006-00349): 6115 Ocean Terrace Drive / Chen (KS) Request: A request to construct a 5,173 square foot two-story residence on a vacant lot. The proposed project, which includes a three-car garage, will measure 25'-11" high, as measured from the grade adjacent to the lowest finish grade to be covered by the structure (101'-3") to the ridge (127'-2").
