Recommendation:  Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2007-__, thereby adopting the amended Rules and Procedures.

2.         HEIGHT VARIATION PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2007-00085):  28445 Lomo Drive / Chen  (LM)

Request:  A request to construct a 536 square foot second story addition to the existing 2,330 square foot two-story single-family residence in the RS-4 zoning district. The new addition would be constructed above the existing 536 square foot garage. The residence would maintain its existing building heights, measuring 22’-0” in height from the lowest finished grade covered by the structure to the top of the highest ridgeline and 23’-0” in height, as measured from the highest pre-existing grade to the top of the highest ridgeline.

Action Deadline:  October 8, 2007

Recommendation:  Continue case No. ZON2007-00085 to the August 28, 2007 Planning Commission Meeting.

3.         HEIGHT VARIATION PERMIT AND SITE PLAN REVIEW (CASE ZON2006-00491):  6913 Maycroft Drive / DeMaria  (SK)

Request:  A request to demolish the existing single-story residence and construct a new two-story 3,361ft² residence as a replacement.  The proposed structure height is 25.75’, as measured from the point where the lowest foundation (303.00) meets finished grade, to the ridgeline (328.75).

Action Deadline:  September 10, 2007

Recommendation:  Continue the public hearing for Height Variation and Site Plan Review (Case No. 2006-00491) to the August 28, 2007 meeting.

Request: To revise the June 27, 2006 Planning Commission Approval of a 5,461 square foot two-story residence (including garage).  The new request is to increase the 1,117 square foot garage by 668 square feet by conducting additional grading.

Action Deadline:  August 18, 2007

Recommendation:  Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2007-__, thereby conditionally approving Case No. ZON2007-00242 (Revision to Case No. ZON2006-00321).
