Request:  A request for a finding of consistency with the Rancho Palos Verdes General Plan for the purchase of a vacant 0.17-acre lot at the terminus of East Crest Road for public park and trail purposes.

Action Deadline:  October 28, 2007.

Recommendation:  Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2007-__, finding the City’s purchase of the East Crest Road lot consistent with the General Plan (Case No. ZON2007-00430).
