Request: A request to appeal the Director’s decision that approved a new 5,998 square foot (garage included), split-level single-family residence on an unimproved lot at a maximum height of 14’ as measured from the point where the highest foundation meets grade (382’) to the highest roof ridgeline (396’) and 26’ as measured from where the lowest foundation meets grade (370’) to the highest roof ridgeline (396’).

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2007-__, approving an appeal and overturning the Director’s approval, thereby denying without prejudice Case No. ZON2007-00143, a Site Plan Review for a new single-family residence at 30057 Via Victoria.
