2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2007-00243): 30359 Hawthorne Boulevard / Verizon Wireless (SK)

Request: A request to construct a new 29’ high slimline pole to accommodate three panel antennas on a lawn area at Robert E. Ryan Community Park. The proposed project also includes a request to conduct 67yd³ of grading to accommodate a 250ft² area for equipment cabinets.

Action Deadline: February 7, 2009

Recommendation: Determine whether the antenna co-location proposal that will be presented at the meeting meets all of the applicable Conditional Use Permit findings and direct that the appropriate resolution of approval or denial be brought back on the January 27th consent calendar.
