Request: A request to demolish an existing single-story residence, conduct 1,377yd³ of grading and construct a new 24’-3” tall, 9,986ft² two-story residence.

Recommendation: Adopt P.C. Resolution No. 2009-__, thereby approving the Height Variation, Grading Permit and Site Plan Review application (ZON2009-00156).
2. HEIGHT VARIATION AND MINOR EXCEPTION PERMIT (CASE NO. ZON2009-00048): 28614 Mount Hood Court / Bilan (LM)

Recommendation: Review and provide direction regarding Residential Development Standards Steering Committee recommendations regarding minor structures and miscellaneous development provisions; receive a brief preview of upcoming Staff-recommended “clean-up” and other amendments for future discussion; and continue the public hearing in this matter to November 10, 2009.
